Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

CAUTION: Ensure car is properly secured on jack stands before accessing underside of car.

1. With emergency brake applied, remove belt. Remove harmonic balancer bolt. Remove harmonic balancer using a balancer puller.

2. Apply high temperature silicone sealer to underdrive harmonic balancer keyway. Install harmonic balancer onto shaft using a harmonic balancer installation tool. Torque factory bolt to 85 lb/ft.

3. Install new Gates belt K060870. Insure belt is seated properly in all pulleys.

4. Start engine. Inspect crank pulley to insure that it does not wobble and that belt is properly installed.
