Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.
1. Remove existing belt and pulley(s). If new alternator pulley is supplied with kit, remove spacer ring from behind factory alternator pulley. (An air impact wrench is required to remove alternator nut)
2. Install new pulley(s). Use Loctite Thread Loc #242 or equivalent, to secure bolts.
3. Install new Gates belt as follows. All vehicles with ac.

4. Insure adjustment marks on tensioner are within the limit marks. Inspect for proper belt alignment and new pulley(s) installed do not
