Auto Specialties recommends these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

1. Loosen 2 fan shroud bolts one each side.

2. Remove fan. Thread is reverse counter clockwise. Remove shroud and fan. You may have to hold the wp pulley to keep from turning while removing the fan. If so the bolts are 10mm.

3. Loosen 4 crank bolts 13mm .

4. Remove belt. The tensioner bolt is 15mm.

5. Remove crank pulley.

6. Install ASP crank pulley using factory bolts. Torque to 45 ft lbs.

7. Install new Gates belt pn K060864

8. Reinstall fan shroud and fan.

9. Start truck and check for wobble of pulley. If none than install was correct.
