Auto Specialties recommends these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

1. Remove existing belt and pulleys. Remove spacer ring from behind alternator pulley.

2. Install new pulleys. Use Loctite Thread Loc #242 or equivalent to secure bolts.

3. Install belt as follows (w/ac):
88-95 Gates K060930
90-95 Gates K060960 w/smog pump
88-89 Gates K061000 w/smog pump

4. Insure adjustment marks on tensioner are within the limit marks.
