Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

1. Remove existing belt and pulleys. Remove spacer ring from behind factory alternator pulley.

2. Install new pulley/pulleys. Use Loctite Thread Lock #242, or equivalent to secure bolts.

3. Install new Gates belt or equivalent as follows:
89-92 Camaro/Firebird - K060915, K060923 w/alternator pulley
88 Camaro/Firebird K060945, K060950 w/alternator pulley.

4. Insure Adjustment marks on tensioner are within limit marks.
