Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

1. Remove existing belt and pulleys. Remove spacer ring from behind factory alternator pulley.

2. Install new pulley. Use Loctite Thread Lock #242, or equivalent, to secure bolts.

3. For 84-87 install Gates belt K060860 w/crank, Goodyear 4060865 w/crank & alternator pulley (K060860 for 84); for 88-91 install Gates K060900 w/crank, Gates K060905 w/crank &alternator pulley.

4. Insure adjustments marks on tensioner are within the limit marks.
