Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

1. Loosen alternator nut with impact socket and swivel. Loosen four water pump bolts. Remove belt.

2. Use a large pair of channel locks to hold water pump pulley OD. With a 1 7/16 endwrench, losen hex bushing by rotating counter clockwise.

3. Remove shroud and fan by working upward.

4. Remove factory pulleys and install underdrive pulleys. Note: The new crankshaft pulley should be installed with the shallow side of pulley facing crankshaft.

5. Reinstall factory belt. Tighten all bolts and alternator nut.

6. Insure tensioner is within the limit marks.
