Auto Specialties recommends that these pulleys be installed by a qualified mechanic.

1. Loosen belt adjustment screws on smog pump, alternator, AC and power steering. Remove belts.

2. Remove factory crank pulley bolts and factory crank pulley. Remove alternator pulley if new one is supplied with kit.

3. Install Auto Specialties crank pulley with four internal hex bolts supplied. Use Loctite #242 (or equivalent) to secure bolts. Torque bolts to 45 ft. Lbs.

4. Install Goodyear belts (or equivalent) as follows:
Power Steering 17484
Air Conditioner 17570
Alternator 15346
Air Pump Factory belt

5. Tighten all belts.
