99-02 Ford Lightning and Harley Davidson Trucks
(For use with ASP part no. 520003 blower pulley)

1. Remove air inlet tube and move to side.

2. Remove belt and bolt on shaft.

3. Install puller (Part Number #ASP003435) as shown in figure 1.

4. Turn counter clockwise to apply pressure to nut closest to pulley. Use another wrench to keep outer welded nut from turning.
Note:
During install, the welded end of the install shaft must not turn. If it turns your will break off the pilot screw in the blower shaft. Two wrenches are required to prevent the tightning or untightning of the install shaft.

5. Load up puller until pulley pops. This will allow tight removal from shaft.

6. Install new pulley with smooth or flat side towards radiator.

7. Use figure 2 for installer configuration.

8. Press on new pulley. It will be a tight fit all the way on. Pulley will be installed correctly when shaft is flush with pulley.

9. Reinstall factory belt.

10. Reinstall air inlet hose.
